If you’re looking for a realtor for your home purchase in Tennessee it’s my pleasure to recommend Allison Clay of Melissa Thompson’s eXp Realty Team.Buying a home is always stressful, but more so when you’re looking for a home out of your state. We live in California and quite recently purchased a home in Tn. with Allison’s help. We encountered many challenges; particularly because we weren’t there. The first home we found Allison did a video walk through with us and then was present during the various home inspections. We rejected the home based on the results of those inspections. We found a second home and were optimistic about it but needed to sell a home here to make that purchase work. Allison invested a lot of time and energy in that process and we lost it at the end due to the contingency. She remained committed and diligent in helping us find an even better one. That home is the wonderfully beautiful home we purchased in Collierville. Most importantly to us Allison listened and only sent us properties to consider that met our criteria. She did video walk-throughs with us of the properties we were interested in. She also was present on our behalf during the inspections. Allison made the process as seamless as possible considering the many obstacles. Alison was professional and patient and made herself available on our schedules (between work schedules and the 2 hour time difference that was not an easy task); she went above and beyond to communicate with us in a timely manner via text, email, and phone conversations, even in the early morning hours and while on vacation. Again, home buying for us is stressful and not fun but Allison was a delightful person and consummate professional to get the job done.

Melissa's team is thorough and incredibly patient and helpful. Susan, our realtor, helped us through next steps and gave us a clear understanding of our options. We were first-time home-buyers and needed a lot of hand-holding, and Susan was exceptional!

Allison was excellent! She was knowledgeable and explained everything. Allison hosted an open house the first weekend and presented a contract within a week. She communicated regularly and kept us up to date throughout the selling process. We felt confident with Allison and really appreciated her as our professional. We highly recommend her.
