Never to recommend

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. I see would not recommend this firm to anyone. Problems from day one. Very unresponsive. Poorly written, wrong description of property. Referred me to one of their contractors who apparently did things wrong. Did not advise me about problems getting documents from repair contractor. Closing was a nightmare. Delayed a day. Took no responsibility for their actions. Blamed everything on their contractor. Did very little to help resolve issues.Left negotiating with buyer up to the closing attorney. Just a terrible experience. Problems at the 25th could have been avoided if they would have communicated more with me. Transaction coordinator should have known what paperwork was missing and should have let me know before I sat down for closing.

I have purchased three homes, each with Melissa as my agent. The first was sight unseen while in Japan. She critiqued every detail of the home as if it were her own before we purchased. Since then she has been like an extended part of the family. She keeps up with us and the small details around us. She took advantage of every opportunity to get to know us and have a better understanding of what we wanted and what best fit our family. She has met the call each time, delivering within our timeframe, a home that was perfect for our family at that time. She cares about her clients and is not just in the business to sell homes. Her very personalized videos were extremely helpful in alleviating the anxiety of what was a lack of knowledge about processing the data on our part about the market.
